There was no shortage of fun to be had across the Rainy River District on Saturday, July 1, 2023, for Canada Day. Those in Fort Frances saw the annual parade, as well as activities as the Point park and La Place Rendez-Vous, while the fairgrounds in Emo were turned into a mini wonderland of dunk tanks, race cars and more. Many municipalities also enjoyed a fireworks display to cap off the day.
