Salvation Army Fort Frances corps officer Arthur Heathcote, left, and mayor June Caul kicked off the Salvation Army’s annual Christmas Kettle campaign at Walmart on Friday morning. The campaign will take steps like providing masks and sanitizing materials in order to keep both the volunteers ringing the bell and the general public safe and healthy.
