Megan Veniot, middle, and her mother, Kelli, bought coffee yesterday from Regina Louisy at Tim Hortons here. Customers spent $3,718.99 on coffee there yesterday as part of Tim Hortons’ annual “Camp Day,” with all the money raised going towards sending children to camp who otherwise could not afford it. Another $932.05 was raised through cotton candy and popcorn sales, as well as donations. While a planned charity car wash was cancelled due to the weather, this year’s “Camp Day” still pulled in $400 more in coffee sales than in 2010.
