Town of Fort Frances bylaw enforcement officer Arlene Byrnes spoke to a Grade 4/5 class at St. Francis School yesterday morning about bylaws and their role in governing the community Fellow officer Patrick Briere was on hand as well as the town’s clerk Lisa Slomke to give a presentation and answer students’ questions.
