After selling the property to Loblaw Properties West Inc. earlier this week, Glenn Witherspoon will be closing Witherspoon’s One Stop on Aug. 31 after more than 50 years in business here. A new Extra Foods grocery store will be built on that lot, and the adjacent property, next year.
