Nikki Armstrong, manager of Transportation Services with the Rainy River District Transportation Services Consortium, taped a “Bully-Free Zone” sign on the doors of a school bus yesterday in preparation for today’s “Day of Pink” celebration. The “Day of Pink” is the International Day against Bullying, Discrimination, Homophobia, Transphobia, and Transmisogyny across the world. Locally, the Rainy River District School Board, as well as other businesses and organizations, were dressing in pink to show their support.
