Bob Mitchelson tossed sod in the air as members of St. Mary’s congregation cheered during Sunday morning’s ground-breaking ceremony for the expansion project there. Bishop Fred Colli, at back right, was on hand from Thunder Bay to join in the celebration. Construction is slated to begin this summer.
