Dorothy Friesen read an excerpt from “Create Space for Peace” at St. John’s Anglican Church yesterday afternoon during the local launch for the book created in memory of her late husband, Gene Stoltzfus—known for his lifelong activism for non-violence and peace. The book is a selection of Stoltzfus’ writings, letters, speeches, and thoughts, as well as others’ reflections on his life. It’s available at both Betty’s here and Cloverleaf in Emo.
