“Manidoo Ziibi” authors Jim Leonard and Shaun Loney, top right, had a full house last night at the Fort Frances Public Library Technology Centre for the launch of their book. The book chronicles the history of the Rainy River as it takes readers on a roadtrip along its length, with stops on both sides of the border to share stories and events from across hundreds of years of habitation in the region. Copies of the book are available for purchase at the library while supplies last, or at Manitou Mounds.
