The tugboat Owandem was gently placed onto its temporary resting spot at the Fort Frances Public Works yard by Shane Armstrong of Armstrong Crane and other volunteers on July 10. The Owandem has undergone significant restoration work and is now waiting for a more permanent berth to be built, which the Friends of the Fort Frances Museum hope will be on the riverfront next to the Hallet, its larger sibling. –Ken Kellar photo
