Getting ready for holiday shoppers, Tonia Dolph decorated a tree at Fort Floral this morning. Several businesses in downtown Fort Frances, including Fort Floral, Betty’s and Northwoods Gallery & Gifts, started offering tax-free sales yesterday, and will continue to do so today and tomorrow. Some businesses also are offering draws, food samples and giveaways to kick off the Christmas season.
