Ty and Kaylen Cunningham stopped by the local Dairy Queen last Thursday with their grandmother, Judith Lindholm, to take a break from the heat and snack on a “Blizzard” during DQ’s 16th-annual “Miracle Treat Day.” Their Blizzards were just a couple out of the 859 that were sold throughout the day. A total of $5,339.42 was raised through “Blizzard” sales, coin collections, and cash donations at the local DQ, which will be donated to The Children’s Hospital of Manitoba, one of 14 Children’s Miracle Network member hospitals across Canada.
