Kennedy Latimer, right, and Taylor Shouldice performed “Some Things are Meant to Be” (from “Little Women”) yesterday afternoon during the annual highlights concert for the Rainy River District Festival of the Performing Arts. The performance earned them the Nestor Falls Lions’ Club award for best duet. Shouldice also won the Rose Bowl for vocal, Lorianne Dueck took home the Rose Bowl for piano, and Ericka Tymkin earned the Rose Bowl for drama.
