Thunder Bay musician Jean-Paul De Roover belted out a tune during his concert at the Little Beaver Cultural Centre here last night. De Roover stopped in Fort Frances as part of a Canadian tour in support of a new music video for his song, “You,” from 2009’s “Windows and Doors” album. Though he performed solo, De Roover created the atmosphere of a band by recording vocal and guitar tracks on stage and then looping them through the song. About 30 people attended the show.
