Millie Witherspoon, left and Sue Hatfield worked away at their beaded mitten projects during a workshop at the Kay-Nah-Chi-Wah-Nung Historical Centre last Thursday. The event was part of the historical centre’s Ozhichigan Workshops series that’s being offered until March. The Ojibwe meaning of Ozhichigan is to make something good with your hands, in a meaningful and spiritual way.
