Tyler Kinnear pulled off a rail grind Saturday afternoon during the inaugural Neil Roy Memorial Skateboarding Tournament at the local skate park. Kinnear, who placed second in the 16 and older division, was among the two dozen skateboarders who competed in front of more than 140 people. Darren Cottam won the 16 and older division, Josh Strain topped the 13-15 division, and Seth Bird captured the eight-12 age category.
