Students in Alexis Hill’s Grade 2 class worked on an assignment after returning back to J.W. Walker School yesterday—less than three weeks after an explosion and fire damaged the gymnasium there. Besides being unable to use the gym, it also will be a few weeks before the library is up and running as new carpet needs to be installed due to water damage. The office is awaiting new carpet, too.
