Karen Connelly, a Canadian travel writer, novelist, and poet who has written extensively about her experiences living in Greece, Thailand, and Canada, read an excerpt from her book, “Burmese Lessons,” to students yesterday in the library at Fort Frances High School. She also will be visiting the Fort Frances Public Library today at 6:30 p.m. Both writers and readers are welcome to attend.
