Nick Kawulia of M.L. Caron Electric was hard at work yesterday afternoon as he installed new metal banners onto lamp posts along Scott Street. Designed by local artist Lindsay Hamilton and purchased by the Downtown BIA, a total of 33 signs depicting local flora and fauna were put in place.
