Issy Taylor attempted to put a backhander home while on a breakaway during the third period of the Muskie girls’ hockey team’s 5-4 win in exhibition action last night at “The Duke” (Couchiching Arena). Taylor scored twice to help pace the Muskies’ offence. Fort High next will be in action this weekend at the Confederation College Tournament in Thunder Bay before opening the NorWOSSA season on Nov. 12 in Kenora against the Broncos.
