The Riverside Foundation for Health Care celebrated its 25th anniversary of supporting health care close to home with a return to an in-person Gala on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at La Place Rendez-Vous. The ever popular gala event featured everyone’s favourite events like the penny tables, silent auction, heads or tails (renamed Twos or Fives in honour of the milestone) as well as a frenetic and fantastic live auction with Telford Advent. Also included in the night were the Gala’s usual $1,000 alcohol draw, and a special raffle for a round trip for two from WestJet. We’ll have more about the gala, including some final figures in next week’s issue of the Fort Frances Times.
