About 100 residents in the far west end of town experienced a power outage for two-three hours last night after a vehicle struck a hydro pole.
The power went out around 8:30 p.m. after the incident on the 1500 block of Colonization Road West.
Fort Frances Power Corp. technicians replaced the pole and move some hardware, including a transformer.
They were able to bring customers back on-line in stages.
Most had their power restored shortly after 10 p.m. while a handful were restored at 11:50 p.m.
No one was seriously hurt in the collision.
