NCDS held a “Client Appreciation & Pride Celebration” lunch yesterday, offering hot dogs, watermelon, popcorn, beverages and cupcakes “for all human beings” as part of “Borderland Pride Week.” Matthew Sawatzky from Community Living Fort Frances and District stopped by for a hot dog and some treats.
