Muskies rout Broncos

Issy Taylor netted a hat trick to pace the Muskie girls’ hockey team to a 10-0 rout of the host Kenora Broncos in NorWOSSA action last night.
Tatum Glowasky and Reece McQuaker each scored twice as the black-and-gold improved to 2-2-0-1 in league play.
Kathryn Fischer, Abby Kenny, and Jill Calder added singles.
Fort High next will head back to Kenora tomorrow for the annual K-Town Classic tournament.
Meanwhile, the Muskie boys (2-2) resume NorWOSSA action tonight when they head to Kenora to face the Broncos.
Then they’ll host those same Broncos this Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the Ice For Kids Arena.
Both Muskie squads then will host the St. Thomas Aquinas Saints (Kenora) this coming Tuesday in their final games before the Christmas break.
The boys’ game is slated for 7:15 p.m. at the Ice For Kids Arena while the girls will start at 7:30 in the ’52 Canadians Arena.
It also will be the girls’ team’s annual “Teddy Bear Toss” game.
