Men injured in crash

On Tuesday at approximately 2:05 p.m. the Marathon OPP responded to a single motor vehicle collision east of Marathon at Highway 17.
A flatbed industrial truck travelling west bound left the roadway and entered the south side ditch striking a rock cut.
Emergency services including the Marathon Fire Department and Superior North Emergency Medical Services (EMS) attended the scene to assist the three vehicle occupants.
The 33-year-old male driver of Sudbury, ON was transported by EMS to a medical facility for his injuries after being extricated from the vehicle.
The two passengers, a 31-year-old male from Sudbury, ON and a 23-year-old male of Chelmsford, ON were transported from the scene by EMS for injuries sustained.
