Sight & Sound used a power surge to take down Stratton in Rainy River District Fastball League action Tuesday night.
Both winning pitcher Bob Andy and “Beeker” Watson had blasts as the Wolves (8-5) trounced the Eagles (6-7) by a 13-1 score.
Rob McGinnis took the loss.
In other action, the Big Grassy Lightning shocked Big Island 19-2.
Ryan Kirkrude went yard for the Lightning (10-4) in support of pitcher Melvin Major.
Reuben Gibbins was saddled with the loss for the Huskies (2-12).
Barwick, meanwhile, improved to a league-leading 13-3 with a 5-2 win over Rainy River.
Kevin Gemmell and Josh Mann each belted homers to help lift J.J. Landry to victory.
Murray Armstrong was the losing pitcher for the Royals (7-5).
Elsewhere, the Big Grassy Braves shellacked Northwest Bay 19-3.
Travis Tom earned the victory for the Braves (9-6) while Sean Councillor shouldered the loss for Northwest Bay (3-12).
Finally, Sabaskong blanked Manitou 13-0, with Sheldon Kelly on the hill for the Cubs (10-3) against Elvis Debungee for the losers (2-13).
Five games are on the slate tonight, including Sight & Sound hosting Sabaskong.
Barwick visits the Lightning, Manitou hosts the Big Grassy Braves, Rainy River travels to Northwest Bay, while Stratton goes on the road to Big Island.
