John Desaulniers shut down Barwick’s hitters, and swatted the lone homer of the game, as the host Wolves romped to a 7-0 win.
JJ Landry suffered just his second loss of the season.
In other action, Jeff Morrison earned his seventh win of the season as the Big Grassy Lightning dumped Manitou 11-0.
Elvis Debungee was tagged with the loss.
In a high-scoring affair last night, Big Island beat Northwest Bay 18-10.
Robert Handorgan earned with win while Don Smith took the loss.
Meanwhile, Louis Linklator’s home run helped pace Rainy River to a 12-10 win over Sabaskong 12-10.
Matt Johnson got the win, with Mick Copenace being shouldered with the loss.
And in the fifth game of the night, Stratton downed the Big Grassy Braves 9-5.
Guy Arpin got the win, with Rob McGinnis belting a home run for Stratton.

Thanks to the rumbling of thunder, the lone Borderland Soccer Association game from last night was called 10 minutes after halftime.
Al’s Racquet Stringing squeaked by McTaggarts 2-1 on the strength of goals by Nicole Rogozinski and Rebecca Cornell.
