Wildcats tops

The Wildcats still are queens of the jungle, but they’ve got some decent competition on their tail.
With the season well underway, the Wildcats are proving they’re a force to be reckoned with in the weekly Fort Frances Women’s Volleyball League as they sit in top spot with 17 points.
But just a whisker behind them is 10-time defending champion Gillons’ with 16 points while the Die Hards are next (15).
Del’s Angels hold down fourth place with 11 points, with Crush and G.I. Jane’s tied for fifth (eight).
Scared Hitless is alone in seventh (seven) followed by the Mixed Nuts and Power Paks in eighth (four).
The Placers are in 10th (one point) while the point-less Rookies continue to dwell in the league basement.
Action goes tonight at Fort Frances High School and Robert Moore School at 7 p.m.
