NorWOSSA matches between the four Muskie court teams and Dryden, originally scheduled for today at Fort High, have been cancelled due to poor road conditions.
No make-up date was announced prior to press time.
Both Muskie boys’ basketball teams, coming off wins against the Eagles up there last Thursday, were looking to improve to 3-0 in NorWOSSA play.
The two Muskie girls’ volleyball teams, meanwhile, were gunning to avenge last week’s losses in Dryden.
The seniors are winless so far in NorWOSSA play while the juniors sport a 1-1 record.
In related news, the Muskie junior boys still are scheduled to host a basketball tournament tomorrow afternoon and Saturday morning at Fort High.
But with teams from Kenora, Dryden, and Thunder Bay slated to attend, it’s unknown yet whether the weather will affect their travel plans.
