In the final set of games before Christmas break, La Place Rendez-Vous continued its winning ways by downing Boston Pizza 63-59 in overtime last night in local men’s basketball league play at Fort High.
Leading the way for the Vous, which has won all three of its games so far, was Josh Mastin with 23 points.
Jon Sivonen netted 19 for Boston Pizza in the loss.
The first game of the night saw the Muskies earn an 83-63 victory over Taggs, thanks largely to a 29-point effort from Caleb McIntosh.
Dustin Mowe had 22 points for Taggs.
All four teams now will enjoy some time off before league plays resumes on Monday, Jan. 9.
