Snowmobile trail maintenance in Voyageurs National Park east of International Falls has ended for the winter season and all trail markers are being removed.
Ice conditions are deteriorating rapidly and snowmobile travel no longer is recommended.
The Rainy Lake ice road also is closed for the season.
