Tamrack to open for snowmachines

First we would like to thank all those that came and enjoyed the race track and clinic this summer. Thanks so much for all your commitment and enthusiasm.
Also, congrats are in order for John Gavel and Sam “Whistler” Jackson, who both were awarded the most improved rider trophy for 2007.
For the past five years, we have been asked to open up our track for snowmachine activities, so finally we are ready—and we love snow!
The track is now open and we have laid out a very unique 1.5-km obstacle course on the golf course, with roughly 12 small jump areas, a straight-away to open up machines, and an oval.
As well, there are now roughly five km of ready trails, with another two km being readied.
There will be a couple of spots available to have fires for warmth and roasting. And one of the trails goes right beside four 200-year-old Norwegian pines.
We also have a nine adult-seater sleigh available for family events which is pulled behind a small tractor.
Being a wildlife sanctuary, there are many deer being fed and taken care of.
There are only a few rules. You must have fun, you must watch out, be mindful of others (not everybody is tracking at 100 m.p.h.), and you must remember there is zero tolerance for drinking and riding.
Be safe, ride safe.
A reminder the food booth will be made available for event weekends only. There will be water, drinks, and juices available at the main house.
