Weather has wreaked havoc on the Borderland Racing Association’s season-opener.
According to www.borderlandracing.com, the planned season-opener for this Saturday (May 16) has been cancelled due to wet weather this week and wet, cold weather in the forecast over the next few days.
The first race of the season at Emo Speedway now is slated for Saturday, May 23 (weather permitting), with the “Candy Man” being the main attraction during intermission.
