Come celebrate “Icebox Days” on the Oberholtzer Trail in Voyageurs National Park next Friday (Jan. 14).
Snowshoe an easy one-mile trail by headlamp, then enjoy a warm fire with friends afterwards.
Meet inside the Rainy Lake Visitor Center at 6 p.m., with the program running until 7:30 p.m. (no early-birds, please).
It promises to be fun for the whole family.
Snowshoes are provided but bring along a headlamp.
Sponsored by the Voyageurs National Park Association, no fee or registration is required to attend.
