Snowshoe hike planned

Join Voyageurs National Park guide Melissa Dahl for a 1.2-mile snowshoe hike on the Kabetogama peninsula this Sunday (Feb. 17) from 2-4 p.m.
Bring your own snowshoes or borrow some from the Rainy Lake Visitor Center in advance.
Afterwards, enjoy hot cocoa in the visitor center and browse through the museum and bookstore.
Recommended for ages 10 and up, those interested are asked to meet at the Black Bay ski trail parking lot on the Rainy Lake ice road by 2 p.m.
