Pick-up basketball goes every Monday

A men’s basketball league goes Mondays from 7-9 p.m. in the FFHS gym.
“Right now, it is a pick-up league but around mid-November, we will get into a league,” enthused organizer Paul Noonan. “From the group that shows up on Mondays, we will build the teams [for the league].”
About 16-20 people have been coming out each Monday.
Once the league starts, it will feature four teams and they will play two games a night–one at 6:30 p.m. and the other at 8.
“We are inviting people who are interested,” said Noonan. “It is a men’s league but it is not exclusive–we have had girls come out in the past.”
