They’re movin’ on up.
Five Boston Pizza Royals PeeWee ‘AA’ players from Fort Frances will be representing the region at the ‘AAA’ level.
Claire Sandelovich, Jared Bethune, Carter Brown, Tyler Van Uden, and Brandon Bodnar made the Northwestern ‘AAA’ rep team, which also features players from Kenora and Dryden.
They will compete against similar squads made up from the Thunder Bay and North Shore of Superior area for the branch playdown championships March 12-14 in Thunder Bay.
The winner moves on to the Ontario PeeWee ‘AAA’ finals to be held April 5-10 in St. Mary’s.
