A pair of teams have reached juggernaut status in the Fort Frances Women’s Volleyball League.
Scared Hitless and No Diggity made it three straight outings of reaching the maximum six points available in action last night.
No Diggity’s effort pushed the second-place squad up to a season total of 85 points.
Meanwhile, Scared Hitless zipped by That’s What She Set and Bump It Up into third place with 74, with the latter two tied for fourth one behind at 73.
League-leading How I Set Your Mother moved to the brink of bypassing the century mark for the season, as its five-point night put them at 99 points.
Gillons is sixth (65), while Let’s Talk About Sets was shut out, but remained seventh (45).
I’d Hit That is nestled into eighth (39), while Wild Sets used a season-high five points to shoot into ninth (29), one up on We Could Carry Less in 10th (28).
With two points, 11th-place Rockstars (15) put some distance between themselves and last-place Sloppy Sets (11), which was also blanked.
Action resumes next Thursday (Feb. 18) at Fort Frances High School and St. Michael’s School at 7 p.m.
