The Muskies resume NorWOSSA action tomorrow when they head up to Kenora to tackle the Beaver Brae Broncos.
The black-and-gold are unbeaten in NorWOSSA action so far this season.
The Muskies then will play next Tuesday (Oct. 17) in Dryden before wrapping up the regular season a week from Friday (Oct. 20) here against Kenora.
The team is coming off another shellacking at the hands of the International Falls Broncos over there last Thursday night–this time falling 55-0.
Mike Jensen opened the scoring early in the first quarterback before Eric Helleloid put the Broncos up 14-0. Jensen then scored another major to make it 21-0 heading into the second quarter.
It was all Broncos in the second quarter as Chad Kuffenkam and Derek Dowty each scored touchdowns to make the score 33-0 heading into halftime (both convert attempts were missed).
Helleloid got his second touchdown of the game in the third quarter to make it 41-0 (the two-point convert was successful).
Then Dowty (his second) and Jerry Lundstrom added touchdowns in the fourth quarter to round out the scoring.
