A four-goal outburst in the first period propelled the Muskie girls’ hockey team to a 6-1 win over the St. Thomas Aquinas Saints last night in Kenora.
Taylor Dixon led the black-and-gold with a hat trick while Ericka Tymkin, Katie Sinclair, and Hailey Clendenning also scored.
The Muskie girls next will meet the Lake of the Woods Bears for an exhibition game next Thursday (Jan. 19) in Baudette, Mn.
Fort High won’t resume NorWOSSA play until Feb. 3 due to the exam break.
