Both Muskie hockey teams and a volleyball squad will face some weekend work.
The girls’ hockey team is in Dryden for a tournament today and tomorrow.
The black-and-gold opened play against the Sioux Lookout Warriors at 12:30 p.m. (the score wasn’t known by press time), then will take on the host Eagles at 7 p.m.
They’ll wrap up preliminary-round action tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. versus the Kenora Broncos, with the finals set for the afternoon.
The Muskie boys, meanwhile, are off to Detroit Lakes, Mn. for a tournament today and tomorrow.
An exact game schedule was not available by press time today.
Finally, the Muskie junior girls’ volleyball team will see its first action when it hosts its home tourney today and tomorrow at Fort High.
