The Muskie boys’ basketball teams remain undefeated just past the halfway point of the NorWOSSA season.
The senior squad clipped the visiting Dryden Eagles 36-23 here yesterday while the juniors romped to a 61-33 victory.
But it was a different story on the volleyball court as the black-and-gold were swept by Dryden.
The senior girls fell by scores of 25-17, 25-11, and 25-16 to drop to 3-2 in NorWOSSA play while the junior were beaten 25-20, 25-17, and 25-20 to remain winless at 0-5.
The court teams now are taking a break for exams, not returning to action until Feb. 4 in Kenora.
They’ll hit the home hardwood for the final regular season action on Feb. 9 against Dryden before wrapping up their schedule Feb. 11 versus the host Kenora Broncos.
