Muskie boys face Broncos tonight

Game 2 of the best-of-three Nor- WOSSA semi-final between the Muskie boys’ hockey team and Kenora Broncos goes tonight at 7:30 p.m.
An article in yesterday’s Daily Bulletin wrongly stated the game would be played Monday night.
If the Muskies win tonight, they’ll advance to the best-of-three Nor- WOSSA final against the Dryden Eagles, who swept the Red Lake Rams in their semi-final showdown over the weekend.
Fort High dumped the Broncos 8-1 in the opener here Friday night.
“I assume they’re going to be ready, they came out a little flat last game,” Muskie head coach Shane Bliss said this morning.
“We’d like to get this series over with, we don’t want to go to a Game 3 where anything can happen,” he added.
Just when a Game 3 would be played, if necessary, still is being decided as both teams are having problems finding ice time.
“We’re looking at Friday at 3 p.m., but nothing is written in stone,” said Bliss.
“We’re thinking about our fans, we want to have a good crowd out.”^In other news, the Muskie senior boys’ basketball squad will learn tonight who their Thunder Bay opponent will be in the best-ofthree NWOSSAA final slated here this Friday and Saturday.
The Port Arthur Redmen and Hammarskjold Vikings will meet again tonight after the Vikings won 59-39 last night.
The Redmen—as the top team during the regular season—only need one win while the Vikings have to beat Port Arthur twice to advance to NWOSSAA.
The NWOSSAA champs then move on to the all-Ontarios.
