Muskie blanked by Sisler

The Muskie varsity ‘A’ football team lost 44-0 to the host Sisler Spartans on Friday to fall to 1-4 in the ‘AA’ conference of the Winnipeg High School Football League.
Fort High has scored just 38 points over their five games so far while allowing 145.
They next will play the undefeated Oak Park Pirates here this Friday in the team’s annual Homecoming game. Kick-off is set for 3:30 p.m. at Muskie Field.
Fort High then will close out the WHSFL regular-season here next Friday (Oct. 22) versus the River East Kodiaks.
In related news, the Muskie Bantam (‘B’) football team earned a 17-0 shutout over Kenora here Saturday afternoon.
The squad closes out its season here this Saturday (Oct. 16) against Thunder Bay (game time to be announced).
