The Muskie senior boys’ badminton duo of Robert Stevens and Spencer Pearce began their quest for all-Ontario gold earlier today in Aurora.
The NWOSSAA champs opened action this morning against Simon Harmgardt and Trevor Hoff from T.A. Blakelock (Oakville).
The outcome was unavailable as of press time.
The winner will face the victor of the opening-round showdown between Travis Feddeman/Mark Fyk (Smithville) and the pairing of Hans Agnihotri/Garrett Duff (Sudbury).
The loser, meanwhile, drops down to the ‘B’ draw.
Action runs until Saturday.
