Men’s hoops final set

After a successful season of action, the Fort Frances Men’s Basketball League has only the championship and consolation finals to play.
The Vianets and Rendez-Vous locked up their respective spots in the championship game with a pair of decisive victories Monday night.
The Vianets continued their impressive season with an 80-57 victory over Taggs, led by Adrian Chapman’s scoring 36-point effort.
Todd Richards had 26 points for Taggs.
Meanwhile, the Rendez-Vous came on strong, earning a 68-54 win over the Muskies thanks to Brad Wardas’ 17-point night.
The Muskies were led by Morgan Anderson’s 15 points.
The championship final is slated for Monday, April 14 at 8 p.m. in the Fort High gym.
The Muskies and Taggs will duel in the consolation final first at 6:30 p.m.
