Vai Lockman finished third in the same group after losing his first match and then winding up with a bloody nose that left him unable to compete in his second bout.
Zachary Hammond was third in the Grade 2 division, equalling the placement of Zayne Basaraba in the Kindergarten category.
About 100 wrestlers attended the meet, down somewhat from last year due mainly to other regional meets taking part around Minnesota that same weekend.
