The point of make-up games is to make up ground.
Kiss My Pass followed that plan to the letter last week—getting the maximum six points available as one of only three teams in action in the Fort Frances Women’s Volleyball League.
The league’s second-place squad swept sixth-place Bump it Up and 11th-place Sloppy Sets by identical 3-0 margins.
Kiss My Pass now has 66 points overall, though still well behind league-leading One Hit Wonders (82).
Scared Hitless and No Diggity are tied for third (59), followed by Spiked Punch (51), Bump it Up (49), and Let’s Talk About Sets (48).
Gillons’ Northerners are in eighth (47), with Wild Sets (30) and Rockstars (26) ninth and 10th, respectively.
Sloppy Sets (15) is ahead of only last-place I’d Hit That (eight).
League action resumes tonight at 7 p.m. at Fort High and St. Michael’s School.
