The Fort Frances Canadian Bass Championship held its annual random entry draw last Wednesday.
Forty-eight lucky anglers won this year’s lottery—an increase of two teams from years past.
The increased number of available spots was due to the withdrawal of two teams that had finished in top 90 this past July.
Anglers now have until Nov. 1 to declare who their partners will be for next year’s event.

One hundred and thirty-seven teams are set to compete July 26-28 in the 2007 edition of the FFCBC.
