Ducks re-sign Faragher

Move along, nothing to see here.
The same day he was put on waivers by the Anaheim Ducks and going unclaimed by the rest of the NHL, Fort Frances native Ryan Faragher inked a new one-year, two-way deal with the Ducks this past Thursday.
Terms of the deal, which was not announced until Friday, were not released.
The 26-year-old netminder originally signed with Anaheim as an undrafted free agent in 2014.
Since then, he’s split time the past three seasons between the Ducks’ affiliates in the ECHL (Utah Grizzlies) and AHL (Norfolk Admirals and San Diego Gulls).
Faragher is 11-9-0-1 this season with the Grizzlies, with a 2.97 GAA and .897 save percentage.
He also has one shutout.
Faragher celebrated his new contract by making 39 saves Saturday to backstop Utah to a 3-2 win over the Tulsa Oilers.
